O&M services include the writing of operation manuals, training of operators, troubleshooting process and equipment malfunctions, and non-routine maintenance of equipment. Additional services include scheduling, monitor reporting, budgets, and revenue programs. Conceptual Planning & Design HTI specializes in cost-effective planning and the conceptual design of water and wastewater treatment systems. We develop solutions to the technical, environmental, institutional and regulatory issues associated with development projects. Permitting/Approvals Acquisition of permits and approvals from County, City, and/or State Agencies is a necessary part of any project. We participate in the environmental review process to identify potential impacts and suggest mitigation measures. We have also assisted in the development of specialized agreements between private and public entities involving the implementation, operation, and financing of wastewater reclamation facilities. Construction Management Construction management services include: estimating, bidding, subcontract negotiations, construction inspection, change order evaluations, preparation of record drawings, and cost analysis.
