Na-yong BOT water supply System, Guizhou

The BOT project consists of a 6.5 MGD water treatment plant, a main piping system for water distribution serving a population of more than 50,000, and a 10 mile water transmission pipe from the reservoir to the plant. The project was commissioned in November, 2005, but it was later sold back by the county government due to a water resource issue defined as the government’s duty by the contract.
