 This project is an extension of the Xiao-he WWTP, covering the university town of Hua-xi. The plant has an average flow of 11 MGD. Hainan Han's developed and completed the project using the Han's SBR process. Field training was an integral part of the project. The plant is now temporarily operated by Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company.
